Construction
Peerless' Synergy PLUGprime series combines high performance, up to 83% system efficiency, and a small form factor to offer an ideal space-saving, energy efficient solution to your next in-plenum application.
Radial Diffuser
With larger diameter front- and backplates creating a unique diffusing area to smooth out discharge airflow, our proprietary diffuser wheels convert kinetic energy into pressure energy at very high efficiencies and very low noise levels.
Inlet
For low-turbulence inlet airflow and balanced rotation, our inlet cones are stamped or rolled from single sheets, free of seams and welds.
Frame
Indoor/outdoor, galvanized members and aluminum posts provide a rigid frame structure, offering long life and maintenance-free operation.
Open Design
Open plug fans are designed for installation into existing field-erected or factory-built air handling units, pressurizing the air plenum in which the fan operates directly.
Drive System
Direct drive, TEFC motors are fixed-mounted onto the frame. No belt tensioning or bearing adjustments are necessary. Compact EC shaft driven motor with a separate controller.

Custom Arrangement 4 SWSI utilizes a direct-drive motor mounted onto a rigid heavy gage motor plate. The fan impeller is overhung on the motor shaft and does not need separate bearings.
